This blogpost has been a long time in the making. I’d wanted to try Rapidlash for the longest time but couldn’t bring myself to spend £40 on something I wasn’t sure would really do anything. Well I managed to find it on Amazon for £20 and knew I had to get it. Now let me preface this review by saying I didn’t have completely awful lashes to begin with. They weren’t super short and had a little bit of a curl to them, but they had become a bit sparse and I was finding several lashes would fall out, particularly when removing my makeup.
I knew I wanted to review this serum to let you guys know if it worked so I took before pictures as well as weekly pictures for 6 weeks, and finally the after pictures. I’ve collaged the pictures at the bottom of this post so you can see the results but let’s start off with how I got on each week:
The first thing to note is that the product is easy to apply. It has a thin eyeliner style brush which you use in a similar way to how you would apply liquid eyeliner. Just swipe it along your lash line and you’re done – pretty simple. I did this every evening after washing my face for the following 6 weeks and I never had any irritation from it.
The morning after first using this my lashes immediately felt like they were in better condition. In the first 3 weeks my lashes gradually felt healthier and stronger, the individual lashes looked thicker and the fall out I was experiencing had dramatically reduced. There was no improvement to the length just yet but I could see new lashes starting to grow in.
Weeks 4 and 5 I got a little disheartened as I didn’t really see any further improvement. My lashes had all but stopped falling out, they continued to look thick and still felt healthy and strong, however still no increase in the length. They mostly just felt better.
By week 6 all of a sudden I noticed my lashes looked longer, especially when wearing mascara. Other people also noticed the difference and commented on it. Finally I was getting all the results I wanted to see.
Since then I have skipped using Rapidlash and noticed I started to have lashes falling out again and they just generally didn’t feel as well conditioned. I now use this product a few times a week to maintain the health, thickness and length of my lashes that I love.
As you’ll see from the pictures below not a whole lot seemed to be happening for weeks then all of a sudden I had massive lashes. So if you’ve tried something like this for a couple of weeks and got disheartened because you weren’t seeing any results, try persisting for a few more weeks. If you’ve wanted to try Rapidlash but were skeptical about whether or not it would work, I would definitely recommend it. Like I said, my lashes weren’t terrible to begin with but as you’ll see from the pictures Rapidlash made a huge difference for me.
So now onto the pictures!!
